My best foot forward

Okay don't notice the cruddy job I did on actually painting the toes, it will all come off in the morning shower.  But the color is teal in honor of September.  September is Ovarian Cancer awareness month, see you did not even know that.  In honor of my mother and the others who have been surprised by the surprise diagnosis of ovarian cancer.  Current screening methods include your yearly skootch down to the end of the table appointment.  It may be seen in elevated levels CA-125.  Also (pretend you don't hear me Catholic Church and the like) birth control pills reduce your risk by 50%.  50 % is huge so risk the blood clots that could form in your legs, reduce your risk for ovarian cancer by 50%.  You can also reduce by having the baby but you need to determine your own route to prevention.  Fewer than 20% of ovarian cancer is found in the early stages.  10 year survival rates are 39% so don't forget to schedule that pelvic exam.
Spread the knowledge of the teal toed one.  PSA is complete.
