Who wouldn't want to hang out on a Saturday with a tasting glass, 7 beer stands and food. The weather cooperated and we even scored a bench for the first hours of the tasting session. Go us. The invitation did make our cohorts laugh "resort casual dress, no heels". Not sure where some of these folks have been resorting but it made the beer go down even faster. The pretzels were the best, covered in butter and about palm size. The guiness ice cream sandwiches were also a big plus.
The lady in the pink totally nailed "resort casual." bravo. Others were a bit over dressed and there was a Tigers fan. Not hating, just pointing her out.
The venue is really nice, what a view and the bayou looks so nice from up on the bar top. Will have to venture back soon. We enjoyed the Stone, Shiner and New Belgium offerings the most. Scored lots of swag and stickers. Franken-bike get ready for a surgery to cover up your scratches.
Might have to double click on my next lesson: from the dance funk academy. Holy crow, look who beat us there. The resort casual model, we bow down to you madam.
