17 December 2009- What I like to call the "smart car for one" was not doing anyone any good today. Snow was falling from the sky. Interesting on a strike day. I went out to run errands, my job, and grocery store shop.
Snapped these while riding around town on the bus. It was coming down. Warmed up later. Made a vicious slush that is down right dangerous to walk, ride and drive on. Outside of St. Germain was a crust of ice sticking to the cobblestones. Danger des chutes!
A very Christmas-y picture if you could make out the holly hiding underneath all that snow.
More of the white stuff is expected to fall this weekend and thru next week. The news was reporting on it for the first 10 minutes. Just like home when it rains! Storm watch 2009, watch our footage!
